Metropolitan Mortgage, Business &
Investment (MMBI), the basis of each customer relationship, many of
which span generations, is trust. You have chosen to do business
with MMBI, and we are obligated to honor that relationship with
great care, beginning with the information you have chosen to share
with us. We believe that your privacy should not be compromised. At
the same time, we want to offer you the array of financial products

Information
Management Practices
"Nonpublic personal information" is nonpublic information
about you that we obtain in connection with providing a financial
product or service to you. For example, nonpublic information includes
information like your account balance and payment history. Non public

MMBI may receive information about you directly from you on
applications, financial statements, or other account forms. Other
information may be developed by MMBI as a function of providing a
product or service such as payment history, transactions with us and

be of interest to our customers. This means that the information

assist our customers in reaching their goals and objectives and
facilitate transactions initiated by our customers. Additionally,
information will be used to help identify and mitigate potential risks
or loss to our customers or to MMBI.
Disclosure of Account Information
MMBI does not reveal non public personal information about you to
parties outside our affiliates (companies related to us by common
control or ownership) for their independent use unless: 1) you request
or authorize it; 2) the information is provided to help complete a
transaction initiated by you or provide a service requested by you; 3)
the information is provided to a reputable credit bureau or similar
information reporting agency; or 4) the disclosure if otherwise
permitted or required by law.
Accuracy of Information
MMBI strives to maintain complete and accurate information about you and
your accounts. Should you ever believe that our records contain
inaccurate or incomplete information about you, please notify us. We
will investigate you concerns and correct any inaccuracies in a timely
manner.
Information Security Procedures
MMBI restricts access to personally identifiable customer information to
those employees who need to know that information to provide products or
serves to you. Employees are trained on the importance of maintaining
the confidentiality of customer information and employees who violate
these standards are subject to disciplinary measures. Additionally, MMBI
maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to guard your
nonpublic personal information.
